Your safari begins with an early morning departure from Arusha or Moshi, driving to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife.

Enjoy a full-day game drive exploring the park’s open savannahs, seasonal swamps, and the Tarangire River ecosystem. Keep an eye out for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, and a wide variety of bird species.

A picnic lunch will be served inside the park, followed by an afternoon game drive before continuing to your lodge in the Karatu area for dinner and overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife destinations.

Spend the day exploring the crater floor, where the concentration of wildlife provides excellent opportunities to see lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, hippos, and, with some luck, the rare black rhino.

Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater surrounded by stunning scenery. In the afternoon, ascend the crater walls and return to your lodge in the Karatu or Ngorongoro highlands for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park, a scenic park located at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment.

Enjoy a game drive through the park’s lush groundwater forests, open plains, and lakeshore areas. Lake Manyara is known for its large troops of baboons, elephants, giraffes, and diverse birdlife, including seasonal flocks of flamingos. You may also have the opportunity to spot the park’s famous tree-climbing lions.

After the game drive, enjoy lunch before beginning your drive back to Arusha or Moshi, marking the end of your unforgettable 3-day Tanzania safari.
