A deposit is required to secure all reservations. Full payment must be completed before the start of the trip unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the travel date. No-shows are non-refundable.
The company reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather conditions, park regulations, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, visas, and necessary vaccinations before travel.
We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers (lodges, parks, transport). We are not liable for injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by third-party services.
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.
All personal information is treated confidentially. Photography and filming may be used for promotional purposes unless a written objection is provided at booking.
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.
