All prices are based on two persons sharing a double-bed room in a hotel or sharing a tent on a camping safari.
The transportation provided for you will be according to your route and number of participants.
After booking you will receive an itinerary from Livingstone Safari Tanzania with payment details which can be made through online or bank.
If you have to cancel your booking before departure, you must notice Livingstone Safari Tanzania in writing. Livingstone Safari Tanzania entitled to act as an agent or principal with regard to the provision of the services.
Having paid full amount of any trip, you are entitled to incur refund in case if you want to cancel your trip. Still, cancellation charge is invoiced to you. Written notification of your cancellation should be made to cancel any trip.
If Livingstone Safari Tanzania cancels your trip due to unforeseen circumstances like weather and Pandemics etc. we would be happy to refer your alternative trip of a similar standard. If this doesn’t fit your personal interest, all payments paid by you to our company will be refunded. But remember, any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.
We reserve the right to alter any arrangements or cancel a scheduled operation should it be obligatory in case of air schedule, poor road conditions, weather conditions, security matters, border closures or any other reason beyond our control. The local conditions in Africa are not always predictable and from time to time delays and diversions from the planned rout can happen.
We will do our best to please you and minimize inconveniences but cannot be responsible for matters clearly beyond our control.
If you have any complaints while on tour, you must talk to the guide, the supplier of the service or other local representative to clarify any problems or situation. We advise you to immediately address the problem to our representatives and supplier of service right at the spot, since they will do their utmost to find the best possible situation to your problem. Please keep in mind that, it is unreasonable to complain on return, if you have not taken any actions whilst still on tour. Should you upon departure still remain dissatisfied, feel free to send us a detailed complaint about the problem within 28 days of the end of our services mentioned in the contract.
30% is required at the time of confirmation which is non refundable. Full payment is to be received 45 days prior to client's arrival. All extras to be settled in full before departure. Booking with no full payment settle on the 14 days prior to arrival, will automatically be release from our system and deposit made will be forfeited. If a booking is entitled for a refund, credit note will be issued which can be used for future travel. Generally, no refunds are provided for no-shows or late arrivals, as the operator has already incurred costs based on the booking, If a tour is canceled due to a force majeure event, the policy might offer a full refund, a partial refund (after deducting non-recoverable costs), a credit for future travel, or the option to reschedule.
Final prices and contracts are strictly confidential It may be necessary for us to request personal information from you e.g. dietary, passport, credit card. In all cases, this will be treated as confidential.
Livingstone Safari Tanzania reserves the right to take photos, film material and images of its travels and individual participants while on tour. The clients and tour participants grants LST all permission to do so and to use the material for commercial or promotional purposes. In case you disagree with this you should send us a written notice at time of booking your tour.
