All prices are based on two persons sharing a double-bed room or a shared tent on safari.
Transportation is provided according to your route and group size, using a comfortable 4×4 safari vehicle.
After booking, you will receive a detailed itinerary and payment instructions. A deposit is required to confirm your safari, with full payment due before arrival.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds depend on the notice period and incur cancellation fees:
• More than 45 days prior: 30% charge.
• 30–44 days prior: 50% charge.
• Less than 30 days prior: 100% non-refundable.
If Livingstone Safari Tanzania cancels due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, pandemics, safety issues), full payment will be refunded, or an alternative safari of equivalent standard offered. Extra expenses incurred remain the client’s responsibility.
We may alter itineraries due to air schedules, road conditions, weather, security, or operational reasons. We will minimize inconvenience but cannot be responsible for events beyond our control.
Any complaints should be reported immediately to the guide or local representative for resolution. Unresolved issues can be formally submitted within 28 days after the safari.
All personal information is treated confidentially. Photography and filming may be used for promotional purposes unless a written objection is provided at booking.
30% deposit is required at booking. Full payment must be made 45 days before arrival. Outstanding balances must be settled before departure. Late payment may result in automatic cancellation.
Travel in Africa may involve unpredictable conditions. Delays, detours, or changes may occur. We strive to minimize inconvenience but cannot guarantee exact schedules due to factors beyond our control.
